There are supposed to be a couple of minor projects to work through on there, and I can't find them anywhere. My main problem is being able to a) get my head around the interface and work flow, and b) work out how to do drafting lines for more organic shapes - I can do standard hard-edged designs just fine in spaceclaim, but as soon as compound curves get involved, it stops making sense to me.Īnothe minor gripe I have is that the documentation says 'there are guided projects in your MySpaceClaim account' and the MySpaceClaim site just points you to the F1 help text, which is all hosted on the same site that then tells you to go to MySpaceClaim. I've started a new job at a small mould making firm, and the cad packages they have are Rhino and Spaceclaim - I know rhino very well, but it's not designed for solid modelling, whereas spaceclaim ostensibly is, although the work flow is just downright weird.
